Job summary

Johnson & Johnson is hiring for a Manager of Strategic Accounts to lead strategic relationships and drive revenue growth for Shockwave Medical Inc. You must reside in one of the selected locations and be ready to travel up to 50% domestically.

In this role you will collaborate with cross-functional teams, navigate VAC approvals, present the value proposition of Shockwave Medical, and build long-term partnerships with hospital systems and IDNs to expand adoption of IVL technology.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience required.
• Minimum 5 years of sales experience in medical devices (cardiovascular interventional space preferred).
• Strong understanding of VAC process and contracting.

Responsibilities

• Build and maintain relationships with hospital-level customers.
• Drive strategy from IDN level to hospital/account level.
• Acquire opportunities and close deals with targeted accounts.
