Johnson & Johnson is hiring a Medical Education Manager – Shockwave Medical to join our team. The position is fully remote and can sit anywhere in the US.

The Manager will lead medical education and physician relations with global responsibility and report to the Director of Medical Education. They will educate healthcare professionals on SWAV therapies, coach physicians in scientific communications, and maintain productive KOL relationships across multiple specialties.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field; advanced degree preferred.
• 6+ years of education, training, sales or marketing experience in med-tech; cardiovascular space preferred.
• Highly organized with strong project management and attention to detail.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities in a fast-paced environment.
• Excellent communication and presentation skills; able to influence and negotiate.
• Experience working cross-functionally and independently; willingness to travel up to 40%.
• Proficiency in PowerPoint; experience with CVENT and/or Salesforce is a plus.

Responsibilities

• Develop, plan and execute Shockwave Medical-managed HCP programs and curricula.
• Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals in focus areas.
• Execute events, contract new speakers, ensure compliance and document programs.
• Create educational objectives and curricula for CME and non-CME content.
• Oversee symposia planning, content development and speaker coaching.
