Johnson & Johnson\u2019s Shockwave Medical division seeks a Medical Education Manager to lead education and physician relations for IVL therapies. The role is fully remote in the US and reports to the Director of Medical Education.

You will educate healthcare professionals and develop scientific communications across disciplines. Responsibilities include CME and non-CME curricula, speaker coaching, program implementation, compliance, budgeting, and ongoing professional engagement with Key

Qualifications

A Bachelor’s Degree in a related field of study is required.
An advanced degree is preferred.
6+ years of experience in education, training, sales or marketing in the med-tech space is required.
Prior cardiovascular space experience is highly preferred.

Responsibilities

Develop and manage Shockwave Medical–managed HCP education programs, including needs analysis and program formats.
Build and maintain relationships with Healthcare Professionals in the therapeutic focus area.
Execute events, contract new speakers, ensure compliance, approve curricula, and document programs.
Develop educational objectives and curricula for CME and Non-CME content.
Oversee speaker bureau operations, prepare course curricula, materials and coaching for presentations.
Collaborate with meeting planners for seamless event execution and coordinate logistics.
