Job summary

We. is seeking a VP of Global Marketing to define and drive a comprehensive, globally integrated marketing strategy. You will lead strategic thinking, differentiate the agency in the market, and shape programs across thought leadership, content, social, and events.

This role combines strategic vision with hands-on execution and AI-enabled marketing to improve performance. Working with senior leaders, you will guide audience insight, market positioning, and go-to-market activation.

Qualifications

• 12+ years of senior marketing, go-to-market or communications experience.
• Proven ability to develop global marketing strategy, define differentiated positioning and translate it into integrated programs.
• Strong strategic counselor to senior executives, with excellent judgment, communication and storytelling skills.
• Demonstrated experience applying AI and emerging technologies to marketing and driving practical adoption at scale.
• Deep experience across integrated marketing, including thought leadership, content, social, digital, earned and paid channels.
• Proven ability to lead high-performing teams and drive alignment across complex global organizations.

Responsibilities

• Define We.’s global marketing strategy and establish strategic choices for focus and growth.
• Define and activate differentiation to establish market position and agenda.
• Operate as a strategic counselor to the agency and leadership, challenging assumptions and identifying opportunities.
• Translate strategy into an integrated marketing program spanning thought leadership, content, social and events.
• Drive day-to-day execution and measure outcomes of the global marketing program.
• Advance AI-enabled marketing by applying AI to audience insight, content development and optimization.
