Job summary

Ladders is seeking a VP & Managing Director, Global Data Center Solutions for a leading Manufacturing & Automotive client. This executive role owns the commercial and strategic relationship for a major hyperscale customer, focusing on aligning long-term priorities across global data center solutions and translating signals into demand inputs.

You will coordinate across commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure commitments are tracked and account plans are executed effectively.

Qualifications

• 5-7 years of leadership experience in strategic or global accounts
• Ability to engage senior stakeholders and shape long-term strategies
• Experience coordinating cross-functional teams in commercial or technical environments

For our client, we are seeking a VP & Managing Director, Global Data Center Solutions to join the team of a leader in the Manufacturing & Automotive space.

This executive role will own the commercial and strategic relationship for a major hyperscale customer, with a focus on aligning long-term priorities across global data center solutions. The position will bring structure to stakeholder engagement, translate customer signals into actionable demand inputs, and help shape product direction through clear market and customer insight. It also requires close coordination across commercial, technical, and operational teams to ensure commitments are tracked, decisions are visible, and account plans are executed effectively.

Location: Milwaukee, WI

Compensation: $253,000 – $396,000 annually
