TEN is seeking an experienced and visionary Vice President, Maintenance to lead and scale maintenance operations across our national network. This executive role will develop and execute strategies, systems, processes, and talent initiatives that ensure our fleet and equipment operate safely, efficiently, and reliably while supporting exceptional customer service.

Formación

• 10+ years of progressive maintenance leadership experience.
• 5+ years leading multi-site maintenance operations.
• Proven success managing large maintenance organizations, budgets, and capital expenditures.
• Experience building and developing high-performing leadership teams.
• Background in transportation, trucking, fleet maintenance, trailers, heavy equipment, manufacturing, or related industries preferred.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the Maintenance Vision: develop and execute a long-term maintenance strategy aligned with TEN's growth objectives; establish standards and procedures across locations; drive improvement through technology and discipline; monitor industry trends and regulatory changes.
• Optimize Operational Performance: oversee facilities, shop operations, and mobile maintenance; set KPIs for uptime, productivity, quality, and cost; supervise preventive/predictive maintenance; manage budgets and capital plans.
• Champion Safety & Compliance: foster a culture of safety; ensure compliance with OSHA, DOT, EPA, and internal requirements; lead safety programs, audits, and corrective actions.
• Build High-Performing Teams: recruit, develop, and retain maintenance leaders; oversee training, certifications, and career paths; manage vendor relationships and contracts; drive accountability and continuous learning.
• Enhance the Customer Experience: partner with operations and customer service to deliver reliable service and client satisfaction; address major maintenance-related issues promptly.
