Qualifications

• High School Diploma required.
• Ability to direct subordinates in approved maintenance techniques.
• Experience with road tests to review repair effectiveness.
• Valid driver license/CDL preferred.
• 5+ years relevant experience.

Responsibilities

• Supervise shop staff including recruitment, training and evaluation.
• Schedule and prioritize vehicle repairs to meet operations.
• Monitor maintenance costs and vendor pricing for optimization.
• Develop yearly maintenance budgets and track expenses.
• Lead safety audits, ensure safe practices and housekeeping.
