Vista is seeking a Fleet Manager to oversee maintenance for the Vista Americas Managed Aircraft fleet. You will coordinate maintenance events, provide technical guidance, and ensure aircraft availability across multiple stakeholders.

The role requires deep knowledge of aircraft systems, FAA regulations, and strong cross-functional collaboration with AMA teams, maintenance providers, and OEMs to optimize reliability and reduce downtime.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of experience managing business aircraft maintenance.
• 3+ years in high-demand Part 135 or 121 maintenance operations.
• 2+ years of demonstrable project management experience.

Responsabilités

• Manage relevant fleet types and maintain knowledge of standard maintenance practices.
• Establish the position as a technical expert resource within the team.
• Coordinate corrective actions, advise flight crews, and support preventive maintenance.
• Develop troubleshooting best practices for various aircraft systems.
• Collaborate with Maintenance Control, Base and Line Maintenance to resolve discrepancies.
• Support cost tracking and initiatives to reduce Direct Maintenance Cost.
• Seek new maintenance techniques to improve performance and availability.
• Maintain a database to track troubleshooting events and findings.
• Monitor fleet performance and reliability to drive improvements.
• Review applicable service bulletins and directives and assess impact.
