Job summary
Athens Services seeks a highly experienced Vice President of Fleet Strategy, Maintenance & Capital Planning to drive end-to-end fleet performance and future direction. You will lead maintenance, asset availability, and multi-site operations while shaping capital investments and lifecycle management.
You will partner with executives to align safety, customer service, and financial goals, directing teams across fleet, technical services, and facilities to deliver reliable, cost-efficient
Qualifications
- Bachelor-level degree in a related field.
- 10+ years leading fleet maintenance, strategy, or asset management.
- Experience managing budgets, large capital programs, and P&L impact.
- Strong vendor and OEM relationship management.
Responsibilities
- Develop and execute a long-term fleet strategy aligned with growth and sustainability.
- Lead annual and long-range capital planning for fleet acquisition and lifecycle optimization.
- Set maintenance standards, KPIs, and preventive programs across sites.
- Oversee budgeting, safety, compliance, and regulatory requirements.
- Collaborate with Executive Leadership, Finance, and Operations to align priorities.
