Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multi-location hospitality, events, or guest-services operations.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end member experience at events nightly across venues and markets.
• Translate service vision into scalable operating standards and playbooks.
• Recruit, train, schedule, and develop Suite Hosts for exceptional service.
• Oversee all member-facing elements: arrival, seating, branding, decor, food & beverage, hospitality, run-of-show.
