Job summary

Fox Corporation is seeking a Vice President of Event Experience to drive nightly operational excellence across luxury suites and premium seating nationwide. You will define scalable service standards, recruit and lead Suite Hosts, and manage staffing, decor, catering, and run-of-show across venues.

You will report to the Senior VP, Strategy & Operations and help scale the luxury experience while maintaining financial discipline and top-tier guest service.

Qualifications

• 10+ years leading multi-location hospitality, event, or guest-service operations.
• Experience building and managing hourly frontline teams.
• Strong operational leadership translating service standards into repeatable processes, training programs and playbooks.
• Proven P&L ownership and financial acumen.
• Willingness to travel frequently and be hands-on during events.

Responsibilities

• Own the end-to-end member experience at events occurring every night across multiple venues and markets.
• Translate the company's service vision into scalable operating standards, processes, procedures, and playbooks.
• Recruit, train, schedule, manage, and develop a high-performing team of Suite Hosts.
• Develop event staffing strategies and staffing levels based on venue and event requirements.
• Oversee all member-facing elements of the event experience, including arrival, seating, branding, decor, food and beverage, hospitality, and run-of-show.
• Establish policies, procedures, and escalation protocols for anticipating and resolving event-related issues.
• Partner cross-functionally with internal teams, venues, vendors, and stakeholders for seamless execution.
• Develop mechanisms for capturing member feedback and post-event insights for continuous improvement.
• Own the P&L for event experience, balancing service with disciplined financial management.
• Identify opportunities to innovate and elevate the experience as the business scales while maintaining standards across markets.
