Job summary

Authentic Brands Group in New York is seeking a VP Brand Management to lead expansion of lifestyle brands and oversee licensing initiatives. You will report to the Executive Vice President and drive P&L ownership, brand strategy, and partner growth.

You will collaborate with leadership to grow brand presence across footwear, home, and apparel, delivering compelling presentations and managing licensee performance to achieve ambitious targets.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in fashion licensing and/or brand management.
• Strong track record in brand management and licensing.
• Ability to structure, negotiate, and execute licensing agreements.
• Excellent presentation and communication skills.

Responsibilities

• Lead expansion initiatives for lifestyle brands and manage licensee relationships.
• Oversee multiple licensing initiatives and ensure alignment with strategy and budget.
• Ensure brand guidelines and integrity across all licensed products.
• Develop and present business plans and strategic proposals to drive growth.
