SBH Fashion is seeking a Vice President, Strategic Partnerships & Business Development to lead the growth of our licensed sports, retail, consumer brands, golf, outdoor, and women's active lifestyle partnerships.

The role emphasizes opening doors, negotiating partnerships, and building new channels of distribution, rather than managing existing accounts. A proven rainmaker with senior-level connections is essential for driving long-term revenue.

Qualifications

• 7+ years of successful business development, strategic partnerships, licensing, or sales leadership experience.
• Established network with senior decision-makers in retail, sporting goods, licensed products, or sports organizations.
• Strong negotiation and relationship management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset with ability to create opportunities where none exist.
• Experience with consumer products, apparel, or licensed merchandise preferred.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute a strategic growth plan for brand and licensed collegiate business.
• Identify and secure new retail, licensing, and brand partnership opportunities.
• Build executive-level relationships with major retailers, consumer brands, sports organizations, and licensing partners.
• Negotiate commercial agreements and strategic collaborations that drive profitable revenue growth.
• Identify new market opportunities across sporting goods, golf, outdoor, collegiate, team sports, and lifestyle channels.
• Collaborate with product development, design, sourcing, marketing, and operations to bring opportunities to market.
• Represent brand at industry events, customer meetings, trade shows, and partner presentations.
• Develop a robust pipeline of qualified opportunities and achieve revenue objectives.
• Provide market intelligence on competitive activity, trends, and new partnership opportunities.
