Job summary

Capgemini Invent seeks a Vice President for Life Sciences in the US to lead transformation programs and cultivate relationships with major pharmaceutical clients. You will shape strategy, drive engagements, and act as a trusted advisor to senior executives, coordinating offerings and leading teams across complex programs.

This role requires proven program leadership, strong pharma networks in the US, and the ability to navigate a matrixed consultancy environment while delivering tangible

Qualifications

• Experience with a recognized consultancy leading relationships with pharmaceutical clients and managing significant programs.
• Strong existing relationships with Senior Executives of major pharmaceuticals operating in the US.
• Experience developing relationships with senior level client contacts and managing programs/projects.
• Proven ability to succeed in a matrixed organization and to drive consulting solutions.
• Versatile, collaborative, empathetic, with focus on outcomes at all levels.

Responsibilities

• Lead and oversee delivery of Capgemini Invent engagements with major clients in Life Sciences.
• Develop and expand client relationships, acting as trusted advisor to senior executives.
• Coordinate offerings, tools, and assets; drive program leadership across engagements.
• Coach and guide junior team members and ensure outcomes align with client priorities.
