Job summary

Campana Schott is seeking an Associate Vice President - Life Sciences Transformation in New York. You will lead the Life Sciences practice, drive growth, and oversee large-scale transformation programs for pharma, biotech, medtech clients.

Reporting to the VP of Life Science Transformation, you’ll mentor teams, shape offerings, and expand cross-sell opportunities while representing the firm at industry events and client forums.

Qualifications

• MS or MBA and life sciences degree preferred.
• 8–10 years of life sciences consulting or related industry experience.
• Experience leading large-scale transformation programs.
• Proven business development track record with life sciences network.
• Strong interpersonal, communication, and stakeholder management skills.
• Entrepreneurial mindset for a fast-paced boutique consulting environment.
• Strong analytical and problem-solving abilities with executive presence.

Responsibilities

• Own P&L responsibility for the Life Sciences practice/vertical, including revenue growth, margin management, and resource utilization.
• Lead business development efforts — identifying new opportunities, building client relationships, and driving proposal/RFP wins.
• Serve as a trusted advisor to C-suite and senior client stakeholders across pharma, biotech, medtech, and related life sciences segments.
• Lead and manage large-scale transformation programs (e.g., operating model redesign, digital transformation, commercial effectiveness, M&A integration).
• Build, mentor, and manage high-performing consulting teams; foster a culture of excellence and accountability.
• Shape and deliver thought leadership, points of view, and go-to-market offerings specific to life sciences.
• Collaborate cross-functionally with practice leaders to expand service offerings and drive cross-sell opportunities.
• Represent the firm at industry events, conferences, and client forums to strengthen brand visibility.
