Capgemini Invent seeks a Vice President for the Life Sciences team to develop relationships and lead major transformation programs for pharmaceutical clients. You will drive client engagement, act as a trusted advisor, and coordinate Capgemini Invent offerings across large-scale engagements.

You will work with senior executives to shape strategy, manage complex programs, and lead teams in a matrixed organization. The role emphasizes leadership, collaboration, and delivery excellence.

Competenze

• Experience with a recognized consultancy, leading relationships with pharmaceutical clients and managing significant programs.
• Intellectually capable of developing and holding peer level relationships at all levels.
• Proven ability to be successful in a matrixed organization and to enlist support and commitment from peers in selling and delivering consulting solutions.
