Job summary

Santander is seeking a Vice President to join Latin America Private Credit & Structured Finance, based in the United States. The role concentrates on originating, structuring, and executing bespoke financing solutions across the region, spanning private credit, structured finance, and related capital markets.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in a related field or equivalent demonstrated by work experience or education.
• Master’s degree in a related field preferred.
• 9+ years of corporate and/or investment banking experience with credit experience.
• Experience in business development and/or product management a plus.
• Strong presentation, negotiation, and relationship management skills.

Responsibilities

• Originate, structure and execute bespoke financing solutions across Latin America.
• Collaborate with senior bankers, product teams, risk, legal and investors.
• Lead a team through credit analysis, documentation and distribution while managing multiple transactions.
