Santander US is seeking a Vice President to join the Latin America Private Credit team and help originate, structure, and execute bespoke financing solutions across the region. The role sits at the intersection of private credit, structured finance, acquisition finance, asset-backed lending, and capital markets, requiring technical depth and creativity to deliver optimal outcomes.

Candidates must be fluent in English and Spanish and be prepared to lead complex transactions from origination

Competenze

• Bachelor’s Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education - Required
• Master's Degree in related field or equivalent demonstrated through work experience, training, military service, or education - Preferred
• 9+ years of corporate and/or investment banking experience with credit experience and transaction execution

Mansioni

• Initiates, develops and enhances relationships with senior executives at existing clients and targeted prospects, with the objective of revenue generation and risk-adjusted return on capital for the Company.
• Oversees junior level staff, when applicable.
• Participates in joint calling effort with industry team bankers to uncover opportunities with clients.
