Job summary

Formr is seeking a SVP/VP of Land Development in New York, NY to originate and secure the next wave of hyperscale data center campuses. The role is centered on end-to-end development, including site selection, entitlements and permitting, land acquisition, and power/fiber interconnection.

You will work closely with senior leadership to guide strategy and execution. Based in New York with travel and relocation covered by the company, this executive position requires a track record delivering GW+

Qualifications

• Experience in data center development or large-scale campus projects.
• Proven ability to lead entitlements, zoning and permitting processes.
• Strong financial analysis and risk assessment skills.
• Ability to negotiate complex land transactions with landowners and authorities.

Responsibilities

• Own end-to-end development activities from site selection to permitting.
• Lead land acquisition negotiations and purchase agreements.
• Secure power, fiber, water and interconnection for projects.
• Manage relationships with landowners, utilities and government agencies.
• Perform feasibility analyses and present recommendations to leadership.
• Identify and evaluate new markets for growth.
