Qualifications

• 10+ years in IT operations leadership within regulated financial services
• Experience managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure and/or AWS)
• Strong cybersecurity posture aligned with FFIEC and NIST frameworks
• Knowledge of ITIL/ITSM processes and service management
• Proven ability to lead cross-functional IT teams and vendor relationships

Responsibilities

• Lead day-to-day IT operations including network, servers, endpoints, and cloud infrastructure
• Oversee IT service desk, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Drive automation, observability, and platform stability via DevOps/SRE principles
• Ensure cybersecurity posture aligns with regulatory requirements
• Manage technology service contracts and vendor relationships
• Partner with compliance and internal audit for regulatory reviews and exams
• Provide leadership to IT support and infrastructure teams

Summary:

Monet Bank is seeking a results-oriented Vice President of IT Operations to lead our infrastructure, IT service management, cloud platforms, and end-user technology support. This role is critical to maintaining our secure, scalable, and reliable technology environment across banking operations. The ideal candidate brings a modern mindset to infrastructure operations, deep experience in regulated financial environments, and a focus on operational excellence.

Essential Job Duties & Responsibilities (Include but are not limited to):

• Lead day-to-day IT operations, including network, server, endpoint, and cloud infrastructure
• Oversee IT service desk, incident management, disaster recovery, and business continuity
• Drive automation, observability, and platform stability through DevOps/SRE principles
• Ensure robust cybersecurity posture in alignment with FFIEC and NIST frameworks
• Manage vendor relationships and technology service contracts for infrastructure and ops
• Partner with compliance and internal audit teams to support regulatory reviews and exams
• Provide leadership to IT support and infrastructure teams, fostering a culture of accountability and continuous improvement
• 10+ years in IT operations leadership, preferably in a regulated financial services context
• Proven success managing hybrid cloud environments (Azure or AWS preferred)
• Deep understanding of security operations, ITIL frameworks, and ITSM platforms
• Track record of modernizing legacy systems and introducing automation at scale
• Bachelor's degree in Information Technology or related field required; Master's preferred
