Job summary

Northeast Bank is seeking an Information Technology Manager to lead infrastructure, cloud services, and information security. The role emphasizes hands-on leadership, vendor management, and delivering secure, reliable IT operations across on‑prem and cloud environments, including core banking applications.

The position requires strong technical ownership, incident response, project delivery, and the ability to guide teams through audits and time-sensitive business needs.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of IT operations, infrastructure, or related technical disciplines.
• Bachelor’s degree or equivalent experience in IT/CS/IS or related field.
• Relevant certifications such as AWS/Azure/ITIL are preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead IT staff across infrastructure, applications, service desk, and security.
• Provide hands-on administration for servers, networks, and cloud platforms.
• Support AWS and Azure cloud services with secure configuration and monitoring.
• Develop automation and IaC to improve efficiency and controls.
• Monitor systems and incident management per DR and compliance.
• Manage vendor relationships to ensure service delivery and escalation.
• Lead IT projects, migrations, and cloud initiatives from planning to deployment.
• Provide updates to IT leadership during incidents and major project activities.
• Support audits, risk assessments, and documentation for compliance.
• Maintain network diagrams, runbooks, and operational checklists.
• Coordinate capacity planning, patching, and vendor coordination.
