Job summary

Brighton Health Plan Solutions, LLC, Westbury, NY, seeks a strategic Vice President to drive Enterprise Infrastructure, Cloud Transformation, and Cybersecurity. Qualifications

• 15+ years of progressive technology leadership experience.
• Experience leading enterprise infrastructure, cloud transformation, technology operations, and cybersecurity functions.
• Demonstrated success driving large scale modernization and cloud migration initiatives.
• Strong understanding of cybersecurity, technology risk, governance, and compliance frameworks.
• Experience presenting to executive leadership, Boards of Directors, Audit Committees, and Risk Committees.
• Proven ability to lead large teams, manage budgets, and influence enterprise-wide initiatives.
• Experience in a highly regulated environment, preferably healthcare, financial services, or related industries.
• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree and relevant certifications preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead enterprise infrastructure, infrastructure engineering, network operations, cloud services, service desk, and technology operations.
• Ensure the reliability, scalability, performance, and resilience of mission-critical technology platforms.
• Drive infrastructure modernization, automation, and operational excellence initiatives.
• Develop and execute the enterprise cloud transformation and migration strategy.
• Lead infrastructure modernization and cloud adoption initiatives that support business growth and operational efficiency.
• Align cloud investments with business objectives, cost optimization goals, cloud financial management (FinOps), multi-cloud governance, and security requirements.
• Serve as the executive accountable for cybersecurity strategy, governance, risk management, and incident response.
• Oversee security operations, identity and access management, Zero Trust initiatives, data protection, and third party technology risk.
• Advise executive leadership and Board committees on emerging threats, cybersecurity posture, and technology risk.
• Oversee technology compliance, audit readiness, and regulatory requirements, including SOC and HIPAA programs.
• Lead business continuity, disaster recovery, and operational resilience efforts.
• Partner with auditors, regulators, customers, and executive leadership on risk, compliance, and assurance initiatives.
• Build and lead a high performing technology organization.
• Manage technology operating and capital budgets and strategic vendor relationships.
• Provide regular reporting to executive leadership and Board committees regarding technology performance, cybersecurity, cloud transformation progress, and enterprise risk.
