Job summary

Patriot Bank seeks a proven leader to serve as VP of Enterprise Infrastructure. You will shape strategy, oversee architecture and operations across compute, storage, network, cloud, and identity services while aligning with information security and regulatory requirements.

You will drive modernization, DR, and resilience initiatives, partner with CISO and executives, and ensure service stability for banking platforms and critical systems.

Qualifications

• Leadership for mission-critical core banking platforms in a regulated financial institution.
• Experience with cloud, virtualization, networking, storage, identity services, DR, automation, and enterprise systems.
• Proven modernization initiatives and large-scale infrastructure transformations.
• Experience supporting regulatory examinations, audits, and remediation in regulated environments.
• Knowledge of OCC, FFIEC, GLBA and operational resilience requirements.
• Ability to develop strategic technology roadmaps while maintaining highly available, secure production environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead architecture, engineering, implementation, operation, and lifecycle management of enterprise infrastructure platforms.
• Direct enterprise infrastructure operations including production support, capacity planning, performance optimization, and service availability.
• Oversee network and telecommunications infrastructure and ensure reliable connectivity for all locations.
• Manage disaster recovery architecture, backup, and business continuity planning.
• Drive modernization initiatives, cloud adoption, automation, and platform standardization.
• Coordinate with Security, Compliance, and business stakeholders on risk remediation and audits.
• Develop standards, procedures, and governance for enterprise infrastructure.
• Manage vendors, SLAs, performance reporting, and contract governance.
