Job summary

Monet Bank seeks a results-oriented Vice President of IT Operations to lead our infrastructure, IT service management, cloud platforms, and end-user tech support. This role drives automation, security, and reliability across banking operations in a regulated environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in IT operations leadership within financial services and strong experience with hybrid cloud (Azure/AWS) and ITIL/ITSM.

Qualifications

10+ years in IT operations leadership within regulated financial services.
Experience with hybrid cloud environments (Azure or AWS).
Strong knowledge of ITIL/ITSM and security controls.
Bachelor’s degree; Master’s preferred.

Responsibilities

Lead day-to-day IT operations across network, server, endpoint and cloud.
Oversee service desk, incident management, DR and business continuity.
Drive automation, observability, and platform stability via DevOps/SRE.
Maintain cybersecurity posture aligned with FFIEC and NIST.
Manage vendor relationships and contracts for infra and ops.
Collaborate with compliance and internal audit for regulatory exams.
Provide strong leadership to IT teams ensuring accountability.
