Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a senior leader to define and scale the investment and wealth distribution strategy across its Retirement business. The role focuses on driving adoption, revenue growth, asset growth, and market penetration through managed accounts, stable value, target date funds, CITs, and wealth solutions.

This leader will build the distribution operating model, sales enablement, and cross-functional collaboration in a complex matrix environment.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in defined contribution retirement or related fields.
• 7+ years in investment distribution, DC sales, or wealth distribution.
• Strong track record of revenue and asset growth.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall distribution strategy for Ascensus investment and wealth solutions across Retirement clients.
• Lead a dedicated investment and wealth distribution capability within Retirement.
• Build advisor, partner, and client engagement motions to drive adoption and conversion.
• Establish targets, pipeline discipline, and forecast processes for revenue growth and client penetration.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to ensure product readiness and successful go-to-market execution.
