Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Vice President, Investment & Wealth Distribution to lead the distribution and commercialization of retirement investment solutions. This senior role drives revenue, asset growth, and market penetration, coordinating with Wealth Solutions, Product, Marketing, and Risk teams to execute strategy across multiple channels and markets.

Qualifications

Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
10+ years in defined contribution retirement or related financial services fields.
7+ years in investment distribution or growth-oriented leadership roles.

Responsibilities

Lead investment and wealth distribution strategy for Retirement.
Build a dedicated sales and commercialization capability.
Develop go-to-market models, field engagement, and success metrics.
Establish sales targets, pipeline discipline, and accountability routines.
Engage advisors, partners, and clients to drive adoption and growth.
Collaborate across Finance, Legal, Compliance, and Ops to ensure compliant execution.
