Ascensus in the Retirement business seeks a Vice President, Investment & Wealth Distribution to lead and scale the distribution strategy for investment and wealth solutions. You will build a dedicated sales capability, engage advisors and partners nationwide, and drive adoption, revenue, and asset growth through multi-channel commercialization.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in defined contribution retirement, investment management, or related fields.
• 7+ years in investment or wealth distribution and growth leadership.

Responsabilidades

• Lead the investment and wealth distribution strategy for the Retirement business and establish a dedicated sales and commercialization capability.
• Deliver go-to-market plans for managed accounts, CITs, and wealth solutions; drive adoption and revenue.
• Build advisor, partner, and client engagement motions; set targets, pipelines, and measurement.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to align product readiness, pricing, materials, and field enablement.
• Represent Ascensus in external forums and refine positioning based on market feedback.
