Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a Vice President, Investment & Wealth Distribution to lead the go-to-market strategy for retirement investment and wealth solutions. This senior leader will build a dedicated sales and commercialization capability, drive adoption, and collaborate with cross-functional partners to scale revenue and assets across multiple markets.

Qualifications

• 10+ years in defined contribution retirement or related financial services.
• Proven distribution and sales leadership capabilities.
• Ability to translate product strategy into commercial outcomes.
• Experience working in a complex matrix environment.
• FINRA licenses and/or investment credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investment and wealth distribution strategy for the Retirement business; establish a dedicated sales and commercialization capability; deliver the go-to-market strategy for managed accounts and proprietary or co-manufactured investment solutions.
• Build advisor, partner, and client engagement motions; create measurable adoption programs that drive revenue growth and client penetration.
• Design, build, and lead a dedicated investment and wealth distribution capability within Retirement; develop sales playbooks and field-ready tools; enable cross-functional teams.
• Establish sales targets, pipeline discipline, forecast processes, and accountability routines for investment and wealth distribution.
• Partner with Legal, Compliance, Risk, and Operations to ensure programs meet regulatory requirements and protect client data.
