Job summary

Ascensus is seeking a senior commercial leader to define and scale the distribution of its retirement investment and wealth solutions. This role will own the go-to-market across managed accounts, CITs, and wealth programs, and build a dedicated field enablement capability in a matrix environment.

The ideal candidate has 10+ years in defined contribution and 7+ years in investment distribution, with a proven ability to drive adoption, revenue growth, and asset growth.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in defined contribution retirement, investment management, or wealth distribution.
• 7+ years in investment distribution, DC sales, advisor distribution, or related growth roles.
• Strong commercial orientation with proven revenue growth and client adoption.
• Ability to operate in a complex matrix and influence without direct authority.
• FINRA licenses and/or investment credentials preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead the distribution strategy for Ascensus' retirement investment and wealth solutions.
• Build a multi-year growth plan for managed accounts, stable value, and wealth solutions.
• Develop sales playbooks, advisor narratives, client materials, and field tools.
• Collaborate with Relationship Managers, RVPs, product, marketing, and operations to drive adoption.
• Establish targets, pipeline discipline, forecasts, and accountability for growth.
• Ensure compliance, risk management, and client standards across programs.
• Build and lead a high-performing investment and wealth distribution team.
