Ascensus is seeking a senior leader to define and scale the investment and wealth distribution strategy across Retirement. You will build a dedicated sales capability, set go-to-market plans, and drive adoption of managed accounts, CITs, and wealth solutions through advisors and clients nationwide.

Ideal candidate has extensive DC investment distribution experience, strong cross-functional influence, and the ability to translate product strategy into measurable commercial outcomes.

Qualifications

• 10+ years of experience in defined contribution retirement, investment management, asset management or related financial services.
• 7+ years in investment distribution, DC sales, advisor distribution, or growth-oriented commercial leadership.
• Strong ability to create revenue growth, asset growth, and client penetration at scale.
• Proven capability to operate in a complex matrix environment with cross-functional influence.

Responsabilités

• Lead the investment and wealth distribution strategy for the Retirement business and build a dedicated sales capability.
• Develop go-to-market models, playbooks, and field tools to drive adoption and revenue growth.
• Engage with advisors, partners, and clients to expand awareness and usage of Ascensus solutions.
• Partner with multiple internal functions to align product readiness, commercialization, and client outcomes.
• Establish scorecards and cadence for tracking revenue, assets, adoption, and pipeline.
