Job summary

Ascensus seeks a Vice President of Investment & Wealth Distribution to lead the strategy and execution across Retirement clients. You will build a scalable distribution model, drive adoption, and partner with Marketing, Product, and Sales to deliver measurable revenue and asset growth.

Leading a cross-functional team, you will shape advisor engagement, field enablement, and client activation while ensuring compliance, fiduciary standards, and operational excellence across channels.

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years in defined contribution retirement, investment management, or related financial services fields.
• 7+ years in investment distribution, DC sales, or advisor distribution roles.
• Strong ability to translate strategy into measurable revenue growth and client adoption.
• Experience leading cross-functional teams in a matrixed environment.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute the overall distribution strategy for Ascensus investment and wealth solutions across Retirement clients.
• Lead a dedicated investment and wealth distribution capability within Retirement with sales playbooks and field tools.
• Engage with advisors, institutional partners, and clients to drive demand and adoption of wealth solutions.
• Establish targets, forecast processes, and accountability for results across channels.
