Job summary

Ascensus seeks a senior leader to helm Investment & Wealth Distribution for its Retirement division. The role oversees a cross-functional effort to commercialize investment solutions, drive adoption, and grow assets across managed accounts, target date funds, and CITs.

With 10+ years in defined contribution or wealth solutions, the candidate will build a scalable distribution model, lead a field enablement program, and coordinate with Compliance, Finance, and Product to deliver measurable

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required; advanced degree preferred.
• 10+ years of experience in defined contribution retirement, investment management, or related fields.
• 7+ years in investment distribution, DC sales, advisor distribution, or growth-focused leadership roles.
• Strong ability to create measurable revenue growth, adoption, and client penetration.

Responsibilities

• Lead the investment and wealth distribution strategy for the Retirement business.
• Establish a dedicated sales and commercialization capability and go-to-market model.
• Design sales playbooks, advisor-facing materials, and field-ready tools.
• Partner with multiple teams to drive adoption, revenue growth, and product readiness.
