Highwire, a strategic marketing communications agency, seeks a dynamic Vice President of Marketing to lead integrated client campaigns and ensure exceptional delivery. You will orchestrate cross-functional teams across content, creative, and social disciplines to drive measurable outcomes for client accounts.

You will guide project managers, strategists, and communications teams, translating client needs into effective strategies and ensuring timely execution.

Qualifications

• 8-10 years of progressive experience in integrated marketing, with a focus on client service and account management in an agency setting.
• Proven ability to develop and lead integrated marketing strategies and campaigns, with understanding of content driving awareness.
• Experience briefing and collaborating with creative and production teams.

Responsibilities

• Serve as primary strategic contact and advisor for key client accounts, building long-term relationships at marketing leadership level.
• Develop and champion integrated marketing strategies and full-funnel campaigns to achieve client goals and build brand awareness.
• Collaborate with clients to understand objectives, audiences, and challenges, translating insights into actionable marketing approaches.
• Brief and collaborate with internal content, design, and production teams to ensure clear objectives and on-brand delivery.
• Provide direction and oversight to project managers and teams to ensure projects are on schedule and within budget.
• Monitor campaign performance, analyze results, and recommend optimization strategies.
