Highwire is seeking a Vice President of Strategy to lead strategic development across client engagements and internal teams. You will guide cross‑functional groups, mentor strategists, and partner with analytics to deliver measurable, data‑driven campaigns.

The role emphasizes thought leadership, collaboration, and the ability to translate insights into compelling strategic narratives that drive growth for our clients and our agency.

Formación

• 10+ years of experience in strategic communications, marketing, or related fields.
• Demonstrated ability to create strategic frameworks and deliver integrated solutions.
• Strong client-facing skills with the ability to build senior-level relationships.
• Experience across digital marketing, creative, and analytics.

Responsabilidades

• Collaborate with the EVP, Strategy to develop and implement strategic frameworks that address clients’ business challenges.
• Lead strategic discovery sessions and gather insights to develop solutions that meet client needs.
• Partner with the Highwire Intelligence Group to ground strategies in measurable frameworks.
• Mentor junior strategists and guide strategic thinking and client engagement skills.
• Drive cross-functional collaboration to integrate strategy into campaigns and initiatives.
