Job summary

Opus IVS in Dexter, MI seeks a strategic Vice President of Insurer Relations and Strategic Accounts to grow and manage relationships with insurance carriers and major customers. You will drive revenue through enterprise partnerships and lead a key account management team to deliver value across the collision ecosystem.

The role demands 15+ years in automotive repair/SaaS, senior leadership experience, and a proven ability to negotiate programs with insurers and industry partners in the US

Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree in a related field.
• 15+ years in senior management in automotive repair and service with B2B software/SaaS exposure.
• Proven track record leading enterprise programs with insurers or large partners.
• Strategic thinker with leadership and client relationship experience.
• US automotive service and collision repair knowledge; ability to operate in the US market.

Responsibilities

• Maintain productive relationships with key insurer account customers and partners.
• Originate and secure enterprise partnerships with insurers, MSOs and industry stakeholders.
• Lead solution development to address customer needs with cross-functional involvement.
• Coordinate contract renewals and support new negotiations to maximize value.
• Build an aligned account management org across sales, BD and account teams in the US.
• Own executive relationships with partners in estimating, claims, and repair workflows.
