You will deliver production-ready Figma files, contribute to the design system, and apply AI-assisted workflows to accelerate design while preserving quality and inclusivity.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of experience in UX design or related roles.
• Ability to create visual representations of user journeys (storyboards, wireframes, prototypes).
• Inclusive design and accessibility guidelines experience.
• Develop transformational innovation strategies and north-star representations.
• Strong knowledge of client-side technologies and design system governance.
• Expert-level Figma proficiency and collaboration with engineers.

Responsibilities

• Develop and execute design and research strategies across multiple product areas.
• Lead end-to-end design initiatives: diagrams, wireframes, prototypes.
• Advance inclusive design and accessibility; mentor junior designers.
• Collaborate with cross-functional teams to integrate UX into product development.
• Analyze market trends and user feedback to inform design decisions.
• Produce development-ready Figma deliverables including components and tokens.
• Contribute to design system by defining specifications and patterns.
• Partner with design systems and engineering teams for consistency.
• Work with engineering teams to validate feasibility and align specs.
• Apply AI-assisted design workflows to speed up processes while maintaining quality.
