• Experience in technical integration and project management in complex client environments.

Responsibilities

• Lead client discovery and scoping; translate requirements into implementation plans.
• Define and document Implementation Scope Documents and Project Plans with milestones.
• Drive governance and change control; ensure scope alignment with client and delivery teams.
• Identify risks early and implement mitigation actions to accelerate revenue realization.
• Coordinate stakeholders to maintain momentum from deal to go-live.
