Job summary

WealthPlus is seeking a Vice President of Implementation to lead onboarding and execution for enterprise clients. This role partners with Product, Technology, Operations, Sales, and Client Experience to ensure accurate and scalable implementations that set the foundation for long-term client success.

Ideal candidates have 10+ years in fintech/wealth management and at least 5 years in people leadership, with strong program and KPI development experience.

Qualifications

• Bachelor’s degree in Business, Finance, Operations, Information Systems or related field.
• 10+ years in client experience, implementations, operations, or service leadership within fintech/wealth/enterprise SaaS.
• 5+ years of people leadership overseeing client-facing or onboarding teams.
• Proven experience developing implementation processes, onboarding programs and KPIs.

Responsibilities

• Lead and scale the onboarding function for new clients across the WealthPlus platform.
• Oversee plan conversions, data intake, validation, and go-live execution.
• Coordinate TPAs and ensure alignment across service providers and launch milestones.
• Own end-to-end implementation for new business, ensuring timely, high-quality delivery.
• Drive payroll integrations, onboarding, mapping, and exception handling.
• Create scalable implementation playbooks, onboarding standards, and SLAs.
