Job summary

SMBC Group in the United States seeks a Vice President, Onboarding & Implementation Specialist to lead onboarding for corporate clients using cash management and treasury services. You will manage mid-to-high complexity implementations, coordinate across operations, technology, product management, and compliance, and ensure clients are configured on ACH, wires, lockbox, and digital banking platforms.

Qualifications

5-7 years of experience in cash management, treasury onboarding, implementation, or corporate banking.
Strong understanding of cash management products such as ACH, wires, lockbox, liquidity solutions.
Experience leading implementations and managing multiple projects.
Experience with ERP integrations and file formats (BAI2, CSV, ISO20022) preferred.
Familiarity with compliance.

Responsibilities

Manage end-to-end onboarding for cash management and treasury products.
Lead mid- to high-complexity client implementations with project plans and timelines.
Coordinate onboarding activities including connectivity testing and UAT.
Provide training on digital platforms and fraud mitigation solutions.
