Qualifications
- 12+ years of software engineering experience.
- 8+ years developing enterprise solutions using Java technologies.
- Deep expertise in Java, Spring Boot, microservices, REST APIs and distributed systems.
- Experience leading development efforts for large-scale enterprise platforms.
- Strong hands-on development and troubleshooting skills.
- Experience leading technical teams without direct management authority.
- Excellent communication and stakeholder management skills.
Responsibilities
- Provide technical leadership and define engineering roadmaps for strategic initiatives.
- Design and support scalable enterprise applications and APIs.
- Lead Java architecture and development across multiple programs.
- Develop data pipelines and Databricks-based data platforms.
- Ensure security, performance, and reliability across solutions.
- Mentor engineers and participate in code reviews and hiring.
