Job summary

State Street Corporation in Princeton, NJ seeks a senior technology leader to own and modernize the global HR integration and platform engineering function, supporting Workday and the broader HR tech ecosystem. This VP/Director role combines hands-on technical leadership with strategic enterprise influence.

Qualifications

• 15+ years in enterprise technology, HR systems, or integration engineering
• Deep hands-on Workday integration tech: Studio, EIB, Core Connectors, PECI, XML/XSLT, RaaS APIs
• Strong API architecture, middleware, secure file transfer, and data exchange
• Proven leadership of large-scale, global integration ecosystems
• Experience in regulated industries (financial services preferred)
• Cybersecurity, IAM, MFA, encryption, and audit controls knowledge
• Ability to lead and develop high-performing technical teams

Responsibilities

• Platform Strategy & Engineering Leadership: own the HR integration strategy, roadmap, and standards across Workday and connected systems
• Workday Integration Architecture & Governance: govern 180+ integrations for scalability, security and resilience
• Hands-on Technical Leadership: advise on API design, data mapping, validation, and performance
• Data, Analytics & Platform Integration: enable HR data lakes and analytics with Databricks
• Delivery, Operations & Risk Management: ensure DR, BCP, SDLC discipline and compliance
• People Leadership & Organizational Development: mentor global integration engineers and manage capacity
