JPMorganChase’s HR Product team supports Talent Acquisition, aiming to improve end-to-end candidate, hiring manager, and recruiter experiences. The Product Delivery Manager will drive predictable, high-quality delivery across Talent Acquisition products, coordinating across technology, design, analytics, controls, and operations to ship on time with strong quality.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in a related field or equivalent experience.
• Proven experience leading complex initiatives in program/project delivery within HR/Talent Acquisition or enterprise platforms.
• Strong execution skills: manage multiple workstreams, prioritize, and clarify ambiguity.
• Excellent communication and stakeholder management, including presenting to senior audiences.
• Experience with delivery tooling (Jira/Jira Align/Confluence) and disciplined delivery methods.
• Analytical/problem-solving abilities; use data to drive decisions and outcomes.

Responsabilidades

• Translate Talent Acquisition product strategy into delivery plans, milestones, dependencies, and outcomes aligned to business priorities.
• Lead delivery ceremonies and routines to ensure scope, timeline, and resourcing are well-managed.
• Coordinate across product, engineering, design, data/analytics, and operations to drive decisions and maintain momentum.
• Identify delivery, operational, and compliance risks early; define mitigation plans and governance.
• Build and maintain a stakeholder map; partner with HR and Talent Acquisition leaders and tech partners.
• Define and track delivery and product success metrics and share insights with senior leadership.
• Plan launches with communications and change management to enable users and drive adoption.
• Improve delivery practices, tooling, and operating rhythms to increase efficiency and execution quality.
• Support capacity planning and resource allocation to ensure staffing of critical work.
• Help ensure delivered capabilities translate into measurable improvements in hiring outcomes and user experience.
