Job summary

JPMorgan Chase is seeking a VP Product & Design Recruiting Relationship Manager. You will own end-to-end search delivery for Executive Director Product and Design roles, partnering with senior leaders, shaping hiring strategy, and providing data-driven updates.

This hands-on, individual contributor role emphasizes stakeholder influence, diverse pipelines, and proficiency with AI-enabled recruiting tools while ensuring governance, process rigor, and a premium candidate experience at scale.

Qualifications

• 5+ years of full life-cycle recruiting experience.
• Proven experience recruiting Product and Design roles (Product Management, Product Design/UX/UI, UX Research, Content Design, Service Design).
• Experience supporting and closing complex offers and navigating senior stakeholder groups.
• Exceptional written and verbal communication skills; strong stakeholder management and influence.
• Demonstrated experience using enterprise-authorized AI capabilities in recruiting with data sensitivity awareness.
• Proficiency with recruiting systems/tools (ATS) and Microsoft Office (PowerPoint, Excel, SharePoint).
• Bachelor’s degree required.

Responsibilities

• Own full-cycle recruiting for Executive Director (ED) Product and Design roles from intake through close.
• Serve as the primary Recruiting Relationship Manager for aligned Product and Design leader groups; set operating rhythms and provide hiring strategy and market insights.
• Drive role calibration with hiring leaders to ensure efficient execution.
• Build and maintain diverse pipelines via direct sourcing, referrals, networking, and outreach; present structured candidate slates and assessments.
• Own requisition management and governance, including prioritization and changes with compliance and process rigor.
• Deliver Team Hiring Updates and a consolidated monthly update by the 16th with partner inputs; automate reporting where possible.
• Lead best-practice optimization across hiring workflows and feedback loops to improve client satisfaction.
• Handle special requests and risks across the recruiting lifecycle.
