JPMorgan Chase & Co. in Jersey City seeks a Vice President, HR Business Partner for the Office of the CFO to shape strategy, talent, and organizational effectiveness.

You will advise senior leaders, translate priorities into people outcomes, and partner with CoEs to drive workforce initiatives across multiple locations. You will lead compensation and performance cycles, design org structures, and use analytics to guide actions.

Qualifications

• 6+ years of progressive HR experience with senior leaders.
• Ability to influence executives in a large global matrix.
• Strong business acumen and data-driven decision making.
• Executive presence and gravitas for high-stakes discussions.
• Analytical/problem-solving skills and risk awareness.
• Proven program/project leadership for end-to-end delivery.

Responsibilities

• Own and drive the people agenda for aligned business areas.
• Advise senior leaders on org design and workforce planning.
• Lead compensation and performance cycles with data integrity.
• Shape talent and succession planning with COEs.
• Coach leaders on complex people matters with good judgment.
• Use MIS/analytics to present fact-based narratives.
• Lead cross-LOB initiatives and large-scale change.
