Job summary

Newmark seeks a Vice President, Workplace Experience to build and lead a hospitality-led program across Facilities Management and Occupier Solutions. This senior leader will craft scalable experience solutions, enhancing employee, occupant, and client satisfaction while aligning with account growth and FM revenue goals.

The role will establish standards, operating models, and technology approaches that can scale globally as the program expands beyond the Americas.

Qualifications

• Deep hospitality-led workplace experience background.
• Experience across multi-site environments and client-facing advisory.
• Understanding of facilities management and corporate real estate.

Responsibilities

• Build, grow, and scale a hospitality-led Workplace Experience program.
• Define service offerings, playbooks, staffing, and training.
• Lead client strategy, delivery excellence, and senior advisory conversations.
• Establish KPIs, dashboards, and reporting for programs.
• Shape technology requirements and analytics for the experience platform.
• Influence cross-functional teams in a matrixed organization.
