360X Staffing seeks a Vice President of Management Services for a leading HOA management firm in Greater Phoenix. The role drives client success across 40–50 communities and leads 8–10 Community Managers in delivering strategic, compliant, and proactive management.

Ideal candidates bring 5+ years in community management, a strong leadership record, and fluency in financial analysis and HOA governance. A tech-forward mindset is essential for efficiency and growth.

Qualifications

• At least 5 years of experience in the seat as a Community Manager.
• Experience managing large-scale master-planned communities or supervising a staff of 5–10 people.
• Deep knowledge of HOA governing documents, state/federal laws, and financial analysis.
• Tech-forward approach with modern systems and software; minimal paper-based workflows.

Responsibilities

• Oversee a portfolio of 40–50 communities and lead a team of 8–10 Community Managers.
• Guide the team through complex financial, legal, and large-scale maintenance challenges.
• Partner with Boards of Directors and stakeholders to ensure client success and retention.
