Job summary

Odevo is seeking a Senior Community Manager to oversee a portfolio of HOA communities. You will serve as the primary liaison between Boards of Directors, homeowners, vendors, and the management company, ensuring exceptional service and strong client relationships.

Qualifications

• 3+ years of HOA/community association management experience.
• Strong knowledge of HOA operations, governance, and financials.
• Excellent communication, organization, and problem-solving skills.
• CMCA required (or obtained within 90 days); AMS/PCAM preferred.
• Ability to manage multiple priorities and build strong Board relationships.

Responsibilities

• Manage a portfolio of HOA communities.
• Attend and facilitate Board meetings.
• Prepare agendas, board packets, and management reports.
• Oversee budgets, financial reviews, and reserve projects.
• Manage vendors, maintenance programs, and capital improvement projects.
• Ensure compliance with governing documents and applicable laws.
• Respond to Board and homeowner inquiries in a timely and professional manner.
• Support client retention and satisfaction initiatives.
