Remote work is available; compensation ranges from $150,000 to $300,000 annually, reflecting senior healthcare operations leadership and strategic impact across a major health plan.

Formación

• Bachelor's degree in finance, business, or healthcare; Master's preferred.
• 5+ years of experience in health plan operations, including claims, enrollment, and provider agreements.
• 5+ years leading initiatives for systemic change in health insurance.
• 5+ years of management experience in a managed care setting.
• Intermediate proficiency in Microsoft Office and knowledge of regulatory requirements.
