ApolloMD is seeking a Vice President of Operations to oversee regional performance across multiple hospital programs and partner facilities. The role partners with clinicians to ensure resources and workflows meet partner expectations, while coordinating recruitment, credentialing, onboarding, scheduling, and payroll for clinician teams.

Qualifications

• Master’s Degree required (MBA, MSHA, MHA, or equivalent).
• 5+ years of progressive healthcare operations leadership experience, preferably multi-site or multi-market.
• Proven experience managing hospital or physician practice operations.
• Demonstrated ability in client management, financial oversight, and large-scale operational execution.
• Experience leading and developing teams across multiple levels.
• Strong communication, analytical, and project management skills.

Responsibilities

• Oversee regional operations for assigned partner hospitals and clinics.
• Communicate with hospital decision makers on operational quality metrics and service expansion.
• Drive performance improvement, quality of care, and cost-effectiveness outcomes.
• Identify opportunities for operational efficiency and cost reduction.
• Lead and develop teams of directors, managers, and credentialers.
• Coordinate recruitment and credentialing to maintain staffing levels.
