Qualifications

• Bachelor's degree required, preferably in Business Administration or Healthcare Administration.
• Current State Driver's License required.
• 10+ years of progressive operations leadership experience in healthcare, including multi-site oversight.
• 8+ years managing leaders at senior operational levels, such as Directors.
• Experience with joint venture partnerships and board governance is preferred.

Responsibilities

• Lead joint venture partnerships and oversee all non-clinical operations across assigned markets.
• Ensure delivery on financial, operational, quality, and compliance objectives established with the joint venture.
• Own market-level P&L performance, focusing on revenue, profitability, and labor productivity.
• Develop annual operating budgets and financial forecasts collaboratively with finance and the joint venture.
• Conduct monthly performance reviews, including variance analysis and risk mitigation planning.
• Facilitate joint venture board meetings, providing performance updates and strategy.
• Lead and develop teams of Directors of Operations to enhance operational execution and team engagement.

This senior leader will oversee non-clinical operations across multiple markets, with a strong emphasis on execution, financial performance, and operational consistency. The role will partner closely with joint venture stakeholders, finance, and market leadership to drive results across revenue, profitability, labor productivity, quality, and compliance. It also includes leading Directors of Operations and supporting strong governance and board-level communication.

Location: Remote

Compensation: $160,000 – $200,000 annually
